First introduced in 2013, and originally named “ Vintage”, the Retro range has grown to be one of our most popular ranges, bringing a splash of colour to kitchens all over the UK. Make sure all items returned are complete; any incomplete items will not be credited and will be classed as unauthorised. If you receive any damaged items on your delivery, please state the full extent of the damage on the driver’s delivery note when signing for the goods. Please allow 3 working days for us to process a return. We will organise a suitable date and time for our couriers to collect the item The range began with tall fridges and fridge freezers in a select few colours. This paved the way for matching toasters, kettles, microwaves, and dishwashers in 2014. A year or so later, Retro housewares were born with towel poles, mug trees, bread bins, and canisters added to the collection. By 2016/17, the Retro range had grown with new colours added – this included a marmite colour combo of orange and brown!

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return the goods, so you should take out adequate postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
